we source our mozzarella, ricotta, and provola cheese from Caputo Brothers Creamery. 100% grass-fed cattle produce the milk for their cheese.
Our fresh meats are raised and cared for by Erik Schwalm and his family at Goodness Grows farm in Butler, PA.
Our vegetables are from local farms whenever possible. We work with Who Cooks for you Farm, Tiny Seed Farm, Kistaco Farm, The East End Food Co Op and more.
Our charcuterie is from Salumeria Biellese in New York City. They have been making artisanal meats since 1925 and use heritage breed pigs.
