Able to execute recipes given
Stocks and cleans the assigned station
Bakes bread, rolls, hoagies, roman pizza, focaccia
Efficient at working stations during service hours
Able to work maintain their assigned station in an organized and efficient manner
Clear knowledge of the menu and how to execute each item
Is a team player, knows how to assist other team members during the shift
Must have a growth mindset, be open to learning, and able to take constructive criticism
Dishwasher
$17.50 / hour
Washes dishes and ensures their cleanliness
Deep cleans around the station
Side work / juicing lemons etc
Executes weekly deep cleans
Picks up side work if there are no dishes
Puts away dry dishes in proper places
